Privacy Policy

When you submit an artist application we collect the details you enter, including your artist name, legal name, email address, phone number, location, genre, biography, links to your music and the answers you give about your performance. We use this information only to review your application, contact you about it, and keep a record of your consents.

Files you upload, such as a headshot or press kit, are stored in private storage. They are not publicly listed or linked. Authorized team members access them through temporary links that expire.

If you subscribe we store your email address, the date you subscribed and your subscription status. We use it to send updates about sessions and artists. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time without signing in.

We use analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages and sessions are viewed. Analytics events do not include your name, email address, phone number, biography, uploaded filenames or application contents. Analytics only runs after you allow it.

Sessions play through YouTube using the privacy enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player. No YouTube player loads until you press play. Once you press play, YouTube receives the request and its own privacy policy applies to that playback.

We use your browser storage for essential and convenience purposes, such as remembering your analytics choice and saving an unfinished application draft on your own device. An application draft stays on your device until you submit it or clear it.

We rely on service providers for hosting, database and file storage, email delivery and video playback. These providers process information on our behalf so that the site and its features work.

Applications and uploaded files are retained while we review them and for as long as we keep a record of past submissions. Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe, and we keep a minimal record of the unsubscribe so we do not contact you again. You may ask us to delete your information.

Application records and uploaded files are protected by access rules that restrict them to authorized team members. Files are stored privately and are reached only through temporary expiring links. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please only submit what you are comfortable sharing.

You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply.
